The HiColor HiLights hair dye collection by L’Oreal is a vivid and high-quality hair dye series that can be used to create long-lasting color results easily.
The HiColor formula produces a deep, rich, vibrant true color. HiColor is designed for people with super-dark hair who want to achieve an extra vibrant look without lifting or lightening their hair with bleach. Apply the color to unwashed, dry hair and process the color for thirty minutes. Rinse until the water runs clear and then shampoo to complete the process.
Wear suitable, disposable gloves. Measure 2.4 fl. oz. of Oreor 30 or 40 Volume Developer depending on the degree of lift desired into a non-metallic shaker or bowl. If your client's hair is relaxed, use a 20 volume developer only. Add entire contents of Excellence HiColor HiLights (1.2 fl. oz. ) tube and mix thoroughly until smooth and creamy.
